About Bridge House

Bridge House is nestled in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, in the small village of Langworth just 15 minutes from Lincoln city centre. Langworth is on the A158 between Lincoln and Wragby, leading on to the Wolds town of Louth and the coastal town of Skegness.

This purpose built, state-of-the-art, eco-office features modern facilities as well as utilising some of the “greenest” technologies available to ensure energy costs are halved, carbon emissions are reduced by up to 75% and fresh clean water reliance is minimised. Find out more about our environmental systems.

See the transformation

However before the site was transformed into what you see today, Bridge House was initially home to several businesses, including a solicitors and an electrician, before becoming head office for national school milk provider, Cool Milk, in 2001.

When Cool Milk moved out in 2008 the site was used less frequently until in 2012 planning permission was granted to transform the site into a modern 21st century eco-build. See the transformation for yourself...

The all-new Bridge House was designed by SGA architects and built by Gusto Construction.
